Grand Balisani Suites Hotel - Kerobokan (Bali)

The pool area is fantastic for relaxation. The breakfast variety needs improvement. Some options often ran out.

The breakfast was extensive with fresh fruit and juice, for example, caring staff. Airy room and excellent and stunning location right by all the well known beach clubs next doors, multiple restaurants and shops and ponds surrounding the property.

The room was good sized and airy with garden view, and I slept very well. I liked having varied and healthy breakfast with various options.

The views were very limited.

The pool's calming atmosphere was perfect after a day of exploring. The breakfast variety could improve, as some items were frequently lacking during our stay.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the free parking was available. Neat rooms with balcony and fab shower and bath, liked it.

The location is pretty good

Very bad service, very poor maintenance, all our AC broke down,we had to change room 3 times in our 3 night stay. Very very poor. 2nd time we were staying here because we gave them the benfit of the doubt. Well never again!!!!!

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the koi pond. I loved the swim-up bar at the pool, where sun loungers were never in short supply. Breakfast was a delight.

I really liked our room at the front of the hotel with the private pool and view of the ocean. Really lovely. Hotel grounds and main pool also lovely. Very quite and peaceful location. Nice open air restaurants. Friendly pool bar staff.

Our children slept in the small room outside of our villa room, it was very hot even with the air conditioner. Breakfast became a bit boring. Shuttle buses timetable in the afternoon is 3pm and then 8pm, not helpful for travelling to tea. No restaurants close by.

Very relaxing quiet ambiance about the beautiful property, enjoyable breakfast good selection did not get hassled when walking in the nearby street good walking when heading north.

The view from the restaurant was gorgeous, but the water in the shower wouldn't drain.

Our room was a nice size and well-kept, liked it.

Y'all, we had us a good stay! The balcony view of the koi pond was just heavenly, and that surprise cake for our honeymoon? Pure joy! Staff were sweeter than Southern tea, just makin' every moment special. The only hitch was the beach area lookin' a tad rough, but we were too busy enjoyin' the pool to mind much.

Advantages: Far from anywhere. Disadvantages: Far from anyware. Few restorants and cafes around hotel, but it is penalty for privacy. For us far from anywhere as advantage more significant then others.

The staff were very friendly and accommadating. Rooms were good size and clean. Location was good for being out of the highlight. Very sercure.

The staff were great, the design is great. It's quiet. Has a great spa and pool. Good food. And if you want to go exploring, cabs are cheap - even for a whole day with driver. A place of harmony in which to relax.
